06-12-2009, the day that i finished the longest distance i ever run in a day. 42.195km.Initially i started alone, fearing that i may not be able to complete the entire run. Thighs strained from a "run" three days ago, a run supposed to warm up my system. It ended up giving me a blister on my toe too. The first 10km was a breeze. But when i reached 17km, my fear came true. I started to feel the cramps on my thighs and i have to slow down, knowing that cramps will force me out of the race. I kept running and brisk walk till 21km. Then i could no longer run. Saw YF, Terence and Kenny. Walk all the way till finish point.

Haha. After the marathon, went to eat abit with YF and cab home. Whole body aching. But alot of satisfaction indeed.
